“Bright, even, pale yellow. This has a gentle expression, with a floral veil overlying citrus, apple and a touch of herb. Medium-bodied, lime, lemongrass and green apple aromas adorned by lime blossom. A lightly chalky phenolic grip textured mouthfeel; taut acidity carries spice and floral nuance to a crisp, appetising closing. A lean, taut, youthful Gruner Veltliner with texture, tension and drive. Match with oyster and blue cod sashimi over the next 3 years.”

“A very attractive bouquet with a class scent package of white fleshed fruits and citrus, a mix of mineral, dried herb and a touch of radish, white flowers and youthful power. All of these scents become flavours on the palate with a backbone of acidity and youthful texture from a touch of natural fruit tannin. A lovely example and smart choice alternative to Sauvignon Blanc. best drinking from 2024 through 2029.”
