ALEXIA PIZZA NIGHTS WITH ROVING PIZZA
4PM – 8PM (pizzas available 4.30PM-7PM)

On occasional Friday evenings we are doing a little pizza pop-up with Roving Pizza!
Roving Pizza make beautiful wood-fired Napoletana style pizzas. Fresh spins on authentic Italian flavours with delightfully soft and crunchy bases achieved through a 24-hour dough fermentation process. All handmade, using the best ingredients, cooked in front of you. Delicious!
How it works
• Alexia is open from 4.00pm – 8.00pm. Pizzas are available to order 4.30pm – 7.00pm. Cheeseboards, little charcuteries plates and ice-cream are also available. Pizza Menu is here, please note the Pugliese Pizza can be vegan on request.
• No bookings taken – just turn up and find a spot. If the weather is nice we’ll be on the terrace and lawn. If the weather is not so nice we’ll be on the terrace and in the winery (all covered).
• Takeaway pizza is also available, walk-in only - no email/phone orders. You need to turn up to order your pizza. Enjoy a glass of Alexia while you wait, and grab a bottle of something delicious to take home.
• Gluten Free? Apologies but Roving Pizza does not currently offer gluten free pizza bases but our cheeseboards and charcuterie plates can be GF.
• No BYO food/drinks.

Backstreet Bingo - A Fundraiser for Greytown School Trips Trust

Help us raise some funds for the Greytown School Trips Trust by joining our first ever back street bingo afternoon!
The Greytown School Trips Trust was established in 2017 out of a need to ensure all of its students could participate in Education Outside the Classroom.
As parents, we know how great trips like school camp are. The mudslide, the mozzie bites, the campfires, the leaky tents, the ropes course, the sunburn and zero sleep are the stuff core memories are made of!
But when a family is experiencing hardship, finding the money for these trips is a struggle. The Trips Trust helps these families get their kids to camp so no one misses out.
Hosted by bingo caller extraordinaire ‘Lady Katie of the Bouncing Balls’, this promises to be a great afternoon of fun…and fundraising!

Alexia will donate 20% of all drink sales from the afternoon to the Greytown School Trips Trust
A cool raffle on the day ($5 a ticket) with all money raised for the Greytown School Trips Trust.
Alexia doors open from 2.00pm and bingo starts at 3pm sharp! We won’t be waiting for late bingoers! So allow yourself time to get your seat, order drinks and snacks and purchase raffle tickets.
Note: No door sales. Tickets are non-refundable.

Bonjour Gimlet! A Sparkling French Affair

Alexia is bringing a touch of France to Greytown with our sparkliest cocktail yet…the Alexia Bonjour Gimlet!
Sure, the original gin and lime juice Gimlet was invented by British Royal Navy surgeon Sir Thomas Gimlette to prevent navy sailors getting scurvy, but it was the French who made it classy with the addition of elderflower liqueur.
Alexia is taking our Gimlet a step further and giving it an effervescent twist – combining Greytown Distilling gin, the floral notes of elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice… then topping it off with Alexia Blanc de Noirs Méthode Traditionnelle. With a French themed food menu to match, this is a Gimlet worth saying Bonjour to!
The French flags will be flying, the croque monsieurs will be magnifique, and the berets will positioned at the jauntiest angle possible! This is your call to cancel all boring plans for March 21 and say ‘oui!’ to an afternoon of French joie de vivre at Alexia!

Micro Aperitivo - Neighbourhood Vermouth Bar
4PM-8PM, Friday 27 March
Aperitivo – it’s the Italian pre-dinner beverage ritual designed to open the palate, open the stomach, and open the conversation.
Wander past any Italian bar as the sun goes down and you’ll see the locals sipping martinis and negronis, while engaged in animated discussion!
The common ingredient in these cocktails…and conversations is vermouth – a delicious aromatic, botanical loaded, fortified wine. Wine you say? That’s where we come in. Alexia has been working with Greytown Distilling to create a vermouth for them right here in Greytown and they’ve asked us to host something fun to celebrate its release for the Greytown International Cocktail Festival!
We’re channelling vermouths Italian roots and transforming into a little pop-up Italian neighbourhood vermouth bar!
We’ll be serving the most intriguing (and cutest) cocktail flight in town to showcase the beauty and versatility of vermouth… the ‘vermouth micro-trio cocktail tray’ - a cocktail broken into three micro parts: micro vermouth on the rocks, micro gin martini, and micro negroni.
All the Alexia wines will be available too of course and it’s Italian all the way in the kitchen, with guest chef Caleb Kloeg turning out crispy arancini and gelato soft-serves so delicious you’ll be transported to Italy.
Cocktail inspired? You’re in luck. Greytown Distilling will have a little pop-up shop on the night selling all the essential cocktail making accessories too.
It’s neighbourhood Italian bar vibes on a Greytown backstreet and we can’t wait… so get on your vespas, pump up the tyres on your Bianchi, rev those Fiats and get to Alexia!
