An Alexia and Schoc Chocolates collaboration for a wine and chocolate combination with a difference.
Each hand-stamped gift box is finished with ribbon and contains:
-1 x bottle Alexia 2021 Wairarapa Blanc de Blancs Méthode Traditionnelle, wrapped in a custom gold tissue hand-drawn map of Wairarapa.
-1 × 6 pack box of Schoc Chocolates vintage Blanc de Blancs chocolate truffles
About the chocolates:
The truffles are made combining creamy dark chocolate ganache with Alexia 2021 vintage Blanc de Blancs, which is then encased in a delicate chocolate dome painted cream and gold to represent the colours of the Alexia Blanc de Blancs wine label (truffles are gluten free).
About the wine:
Our greatest labour of love, made in the pursuit of Méthode Traditionnelle excellence.
Picked, made, bottled, aged 4 years on lees, riddled and disgorged by hand, by us 100% in house.
100% Chardonnay, zero dosage.

The finish is nearly bone-dry yet laden with juicy fruit before giving way to stony, chalky phenolics. Enjoy in it’s youth for exuberance or let it develop more toasty, biscuity complexity in bottle.
